WHAT DO WE DO?

ICA uses participation techniques in order to promote creative thinking, decision processes based on consensus and teamwork. These techniques help to create also a sense of belonging, clarify goals, open communication webs, broaden perspectives and motivate people to adapt to an ever changing environment while honouring their own cultural traditions and diversity.

¿Qué hemos logrado juntos?

Throughout many years ICA has helped to make changes inside governments, in local communities, corporations, volunteer organisations and in groups concerned with the development of communities. We have been able to prove the increase of the efficiency of our programs when those people involved are part of the processes’ development and implementation. ICA acts as a catalytic in areas such as education, leader’s training, transforming and empowering organisations, building democracies, job training, bettering neighbourhoods and promoting our facilitative art within very different groups.
ICA Chile has mainly concentrated its efforts in the area of education.

WHAT ARE WE PROUD OF?

After 30 years of testing and correcting our methods, ICA has created and supported a variety of common principles, basically the desire to stimulate creativity in every person in order to enable them to forge their own destinies. ICA makes things easier for them by facilitating the process of learning how to think, plan and lead using the means people really have. Our experience in problem solving through participation and our unique capacity to work in a diversity of cultural and natural environments qualify us to achieve our goals.
