The methods we use are based on the Technology of Participation ( ToP) and have been successfully proved all over the world. This set of methods has allowed us to train leaders in participation that are able to guide their communities or their organisations into achieving whatever goals they need to achieve in order to better their lifestyles and their jobs. This approach has a unique advantage: it gives every group the necessary tools that will let them be the leaders of their own development. All individuals know their culture, their habits and the organisations they are related to, in a day to day basis and each of us knows what needs to be changed in our everyday life, be it at work or in our communities. We learn from them about their needs and they learn from us the means to satisfy those needs.

In order to achieve these goals we offer courses in participation techniques that will motivate individuals and the organisations they belong to (at work, communities, neighbourhoods, recreation clubs, etc.) so they will learn to organise themselves, plan for the future and solve their conflicts.
